FREQUENTLY ASKED WORKSHOP QUESTIONS
- All workshop and scholarship ages are as of January 1, of the current season year.
- Workshop rooms/levels may be added or combined depending on attendance.
- Level changes must be requested by the teacher or studio owner only. When level changes occur the dancer must audition in the new room.
- ALL Studio Owners & Teachers MUST BE REGISTERED but attend FREE!
- Teachers decide whether to place a student by age or ability.
- Only Online registration is accepted. Please register for NRG online at register.NRGdanceProject.com
- Registered Teachers are allowed access to all workshop rooms and VIP Lounge.
- No refunds on workshop fees. No exception.
- Prodigies & Scholarship winners must also register online.
- At the door, registration must be paid with cash, credit card or cashier’s check. NRG does not accept personal checks at any event at any time.
- Discount Rates apply to all registrations 30 days prior to the event. If fees are not paid in full 30 days prior, discount rates will not be applied. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please be respectful of this. We offer an early discount for Pre registration so we can get our schedule out in a timely manner. Thank you.
- Observer Bands may be purchased and are allowed with paid students only. *May not be Teachers, Studio Owners or other dancers!
If registered before the 30-day EARLY Registration deadline, studios will receive a confirmation email detailing their registered workshop participants, competition routines and payment information. One week before the convention, Teacher NRG Plans will be emailed to studios. This package will contain important details for a successful weekend!
